JOB PURPOSE: - The primary role of the IT Security Solution job is to ensure that approved IT security policies, rules, and/or configurations are implemented across MBAL IT security systems and its Infrastructure.- The role of this job is to ensure that all security and/or monitoring software, computers, firewalls, servers, devices, appliances, and related IT infrastructure are up to date and configured based on existing MBAL corporate security rules, standard policies, and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures appropriate MBAL systems and/or devices are properly configured, updated, and working appropriately to detect potential threats and security incidents.- Oversees and monitors the system security operations (cyber and internal), such as user account management, network vulnerability scanning, virus database update/scanning, and other security measures (detailed below) are performed in accordance with existing MBAL standard policies and procedures: + Detection of anomalies, cyber threats, and fraudulent use of computers and computer systems; + Security electronic communication (email and social media); + Protection of personal data and privacy; + Secure IT development with regard to MBAL business applications + Data masking, encryption, security testing, certification, digital signatures, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)- Provides support, education, and training to all employees in terms of IT Security risk awareness within the organization.- Performs audits, reviews, analyses, and reports on the submission of security log files as described in approved IT security policies.- Participates in the review of investigations after breaches or incidents, including impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding similar vulnerabilities.- Provides technical support and/or recommendations on IT security technology that would help align MBAL with the latest technology and industry standards.

• Quản trị, vận hành đảm bảo kết nối mạng cho các dịch vụ, hệ thống Công nghệ thông tin và người dùng của Công ty. • Quản trị và vận hành hệ thống mạng lõi Software-Define-Network tại các TTDL, hệ thống truy cập từ xa phân hệ người dùng VPN-remote-access. • Tham gia triển khai cài đặt, quản trị và vận hành: • Các thiết bị định routing (Router), chuyển mạch (Switch) mạng của Công ty. • Các thiết bị kiểm soát truy cập Firewall, Network Access Control. • Tham gia vận hành hệ thống giám sát và cảnh báo sự cố kết nối truyền thông. • Theo dõi đánh giá hiệu năng thiết bị mạng, đường truyền và lập báo cáo chất lượng mạng, đường truyền. • Hỗ trợ các vấn đề liên quan tới mạng WAN, LAN, WiFi, Internet, kênh truyền tốc độ cao giữa các TTDL của Công ty. • Liên hệ, thống nhất phương thức kết nối kỹ thuật với các đối tác, các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ. • Hỗ trợ phối hợp các ngân hàng, đối tác thực hiện cấu hình mạng truyền thông. • Phối hợp triển khai tuân thủ các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn PCIDSS, các chính sách CNTT và các quy định của Ngân hàng nhà nước. • Xử lý các sự cố ở mức trung bình và cao đối với các hệ thống được giao phụ trách. • Tham gia hoạch định sơ đồ mạng, quy hoạch IP hệ thống mạng WAN, LAN, WIFI của công ty. • Thực hiện bảo trì, cập nhật bản vá bảo mật định kỳ hoặc khi cần thiết cho các thiết bị thuộc hệ thống mạng. • Tham gia xây dựng chuẩn hóa các quy định, quy trình, chính sách về vận hành quản trị hệ thống mạng. • Tham gia các dự án, gói mua sắm của công ty liên quan đến mảng công việc. • Phối hợp triển khai kết nối quốc tế với các tổ chức thẻ Visa, Master, JCB, UPI, NSPK, AMEX, APN, BCCard, Discover … Đảm bảo kết nối kênh truyền, VPN, cáp in-house trong các Trung tâm dữ liệu. Taking part in managing team of 5-to-10 members to develop, enhance software for Toshiba products and solutions. The team will use variety of common technologies from Web (full stack of Java .NET & multiple client technologies) and Desktop/Mobile application depends on each components’ requirement of complicated system.
