Job PurposeResponsible for managing and operating overall applications and services including but not limited to Corebanking, FMB, Cards, payment channels, Contact Center... to meet the Bank's business needs and Requirements1. To prevent the incidents & problems from happening by:• Proactively address weaknesses, risks and problems on the App Ops then have remediation plan to mitigate it to improve quality of services.• Periodically review and assess the weaknesses, risks of the App.2. Manage & hands-on incidents/problems solving activities:• Manage the troubleshooting and directly handle the incidents & problems relating to the App.• Analyze and conclude the root cause of the incidents & problems, define & implement the solutions to recover the services quickly and prevent them from repeating.3. Assess System operation of operation team regarding to framework/checklist/runbooks & compliance to figure out need improvements:• Periodically review and assess need improvements of operation framework/checklist/runbook documents.• Operation compliance assessment of operation teams in real-life.Key Accountabilities (1)- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to deeply understand the App, as a basis for the efficient and stable operation of services.- Define operation frameworks, standards, processes, checklists, and tools for the App and communicate them to App operation functions to apply into daily operation.- Analyze and propose improvements upon technology and standards across the organization.- Participate in training courses to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in terms of industry trends and emerging technologies for IT operation support.- Provide advice, trainings, and supports to people in the App operation function.- Participate as a key member in the incident response team to directly drive incident/problem handling progress and also responsible for analyzing and concluding the root cause of the incidents and problems; define and implement the solutions to recover the services quickly and prevent them from repeating.- Develop methodology and assessment plan to proactively address weaknesses, risks and problems on the App, then provide remediation plan to improve quality of services.- Creatively and independently provide resolutions to technical problems in a productivity and quality of service manner.- Assess and report out the compliance of the operation activities in real-life.- Report periodically to the Director of Infrastructure Services Excellent Center.Key Accountabilities (2)- Identify risks and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in the App operations.- Ensure that team members fulfill their commitments on service quality and comply with the Bank's regulations and policies.

• Engineering of Automation Control Systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS) project• Documentation: Software/hardware design documents, Test Procedures and other drawings• Testing and acceptance• Field service for the installation, start-up and commissioning• Collaboration with project teams (internal), clients, subcontractor (external) to implement project• Offering consulting for instrument & automation system solutions to assist customers throughout the project lifecycle, including bidding and tendering phases.• Other duties to be assigned by Immediate Supervisor/ Department Manager

Responsibilities: Phân tích, đánh giá và đưa ra tham vấn về hiệu quả hoạt động thu hồi nợ gắn với tác động tài chính (dự phòng, thu thuần lãi)Rà soát các tờ trình thu hồi nợ, xác định ngân sách, và phân tích hiệu quả các sáng kiến thu hồi nợ tương ứng với ngân sách đề xuấtTheo dõi việc sử dụng ngân sách thu hồi nợ theo các hạng mục chi phí khác nhau (Chi phí con người bao gồm lương, phụ cấp và thưởng,điện thoại, máy tính,… ) và tư vấn tối ưu chiXây dựng mô hình quản trị chi phí thu hồi nợ gắn với hiệu quả tài chính (làm việc cùng khối thu hồi nợ)Theo dõi các công việc khác thuộc Khối tài chính trong hội đồng RSCCCác công việc khác được giao bởi Tổng Giám Đốc, Giám Đốc Khối Tài Chính.

The position will lead the implementation of digital technologies across an organization, overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of projects that transform business operations by integrating new digital tools and processes. • Lập kế hoạch, sản xuất và biên tập các video quảng cáo trò chơi cho hoạt động tiếp thị UA (Thu hút người dùng).• Tạo video quảng cáo ngắn và có sức hút mạnh bằng cách sử dụng các nội dung 2D và 3D.• Phân tích hiệu suất quảng cáo để đo lường hiệu quả của video và thực hiện các nội dung cải tiến.• Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình từ lập kế hoạch đến thực hiện các nội dung quảng cáo game ( như đồ họa, hoạt ảnh, v.v.)Job Description• Planning, producing, and editing game advertisement videos for UA (User Acquisition) marketing.• Creating short and impactful promotional videos using 2D and 3D assets.• Analyzing ad performance to measure video effectiveness and implement improvements.• Managing the entire process from planning to execution of game advertising materials (graphics, animations, etc.)
