Purpose:Deliver complex software projects for banks and securities firms by running project delivery end-to-end, coordinating multi-vendor integrations, negotiating vendor terms on behalf of clients, and managing subcontractor execution to ensure scope, timelines, quality, and client value.Key responsibilities- Own delivery of assigned projects: scope control, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.- Lead integration work with multiple external vendors (core banking, market data, payment gateways, cloud providers).- Represent client interests when negotiating with vendors (pricing, SLAs, funding programs such as AWS).- Manage subcontractors: selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and invoices.- Run regular client governance (status, escalations, acceptance criteria, UAT).- Produce and maintain project artefacts: plans, RAID logs, integration specs, cutover plans.- Ensure compliance with client security and regulatory requirements relevant to banking/securities.- Coach and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and BAs.

As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions• Design target state SAP solutions for clients. - Conduct all Trade operations transactions including Import, Export, Guarantee - Support corporate clients on required transactions under bank’s procedure- Handle Red-flag Postcheck for Trade transactions (Dual-use goods and Price check).- Conduct Red-flag Postcheck for Bank Guarantee transactions.- Perform as a Maker on bank’s system and collect sufficient documents for filling- Perform Monthly quality assurance sampling check for AML hits clearance.- Update and comply with the PMs, internal rules, memorandum, Bank rules, regulations and any other instructions from Team Leader, Group Head and Management.- Prepare reports concerning to assignments and submit to Group Head/Team Leader for checking.- Perform any other duties assigned by Team Leader, Group Head and Management.

Mechanical Design• Create 3D models, assemblies and detailed drawings using Autodesk Inventor• Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings, BOM and part lists• Use engineering calculations to support design decisions• Apply mechanical design standards and best practices2. Project & Team Work• Work closely with Senior Engineers and Group Leaders on active projects• Ensure designs meet quality, cost and delivery targets• Revise and optimize designs based on review comments and production feedback3. Learning & Development• Continuously improve your 3D Inventor and mechanical design skills• Learn about manufacturing processes, machinery design and project workflow
