Configuration and Customization: Coordinate the configuration and customization of D365 SCM to align with business requirements. Integration: Design and implement data integrations between D365 SCM, and other systems, using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps. - Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to D365 SCM solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, guiding them through all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment. Project Lifecycle Participation: Engage actively in the full project lifecycle, contributing expertise in analysis, solution design, development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of implemented solutions and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate seamless adoption and proficiency.
