Phát triển mô hình AI trong bài toán tìm lỗi sản phẩm:• Thiết kế, xây dựng và huấn luyện các mô hình AI (CNN, YOLO, ResNet, …) để phát triển lỗi trên mạch từ dữ liệu hình ảnh thu thập bởi máy AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).• Tối ưu hóa mô hình để đạt độ chính xác cao, giảm tỷ lệ dương tính giả/âm tính giả.• Xử lý dữ liệu hình ảnh: Tiền xử lý (cắt, cân bằng sáng), tăng cường dữ liệu (data augmentation), phân loại lỗi (đứt mạch, hàn lỗi, lệch linh kiện…).2.
