Phát triển phần mềm: - Thiết kế và xây dựng API- Có kiến thức về bảo mật web- Sử dụng các ngôn ngữ lập trình dotnet core để viết code cho phần server-side, CSDL SQL.- Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu- Phân tích, xây dựng và đề xuất các giải pháp quy trình kinh doanh- Quản lý tiến độ các dự án phần mềm, đảm bảo các yêu cầu được thực hiện đúng thời hạn- Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn người dùng sử dụng hệ thống phần mềm liên quan đến Bảo hiểm Phi Nhân thọ.- Đề xuất/Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu mới/thay đổi/ ý kiến chỉnh sửa/ Thực hiện đánh giá phân loại yêu cầu2. Quản trị hệ thống:- Vận hành, quản trị và tối ưu các giải pháp Microsoft như Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/MDM, Conditional Access, App ID và các dịch vụ liên quan.- Thực hiện vận hành và cải tiến quy trình theo chuẩn ITIL, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả, ổn định và tuân thủ trong quản lý dịch vụ CNTT, tuân thủ ISO 27001.- Hỗ trợ vận hành các giải pháp hạ tầng CNTT và thiết bị đầu cuối khi cần thiết.3. An toàn thông tin (Chuyên viên GRC & Compliance)- Tham gia xây dựng, rà soát, cập nhật Bộ chính sách, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn ATTT.- Quản lý tài liệu, hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống quản lý an toàn thông tin ISO 27001:2022.- Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro, cập nhật, theo dõi tình trạng khắc phục rủi ro (Risk Treatment Plan).- Theo dõi và đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý & tiêu chuẩn quốc tế: ISO 27001:2022, Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, Luật ATTT mạng, Nghị định 85/2023.- Xác định nhu cầu, đánh giá rủi ro, lập đề xuất & trình phê duyệt các giải pháp ATTT mới.- Đánh giá, quản lý tuân thủ ATTT.- Hỗ trợ triển khai chương trình truyền thông, đào tạo nhận thức ATTT (E-learning, workshop, phishing simulation).4. Kiểm thử phần mềm- Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ và tài liệu thiết kế để xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử.- Thiết kế, thực hiện và quản lý test case, test scenario, test data cho các hệ thống phần mềm, đặc biệt các phần mềm liên quan đến bảo hiểm Phi nhân thọ (Core Insurance, Claim, ReInsurance…).- Thực hiện kiểm thử chức năng, kiểm thử tích hợp, kiểm thử UAT và regression test.- Phối hợp với BA, Developer, và người dùng nghiệp vụ để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.- Ghi nhận, phân loại và theo dõi lỗi phần mềm đến khi được xử lý. Hỗ trợ người dùng sử dụng các phần mềm đã tham gia kiểm thử.- Tham gia cải tiến quy trình kiểm thử, tự động hóa test khi cần thiết.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured banking data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.• Develop and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and churn prediction.• Collaborate with business units to translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategies.• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.• Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.• Stay updated on the latest data science techniques, tools, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.

• Khảo sát và tiếp nhận thông tin về luồng nghiệp vụ, hành vi, thói quen của khách hàng khi thực hiện nghiệp vụ công việc.• Phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin về nghiệp vụ đã thu thập và mô tả thành tài liệu nghiệp vụ.• Đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho các thành viên của dự án để đảm bảo tất cả thành viên hiểu và nắm rõ nghiệp vụ, luồng nghiệp vụ của khách hàng.• Xây dựng kịch bản dùng thử sản phẩm theo luồng nghiệp vụ.• Dùng thử thiết kế đảm bảo thiết kế đáp ứng tốt nhất yêu cầu của người sử dụng về nghiệp vụ và tính dễ dùng.• Dùng thử sản phẩm đảm bảo đáp ứng được nghiệp vụ, tính dễ dùng trước khi chuyển giao cho khách hàng.• Đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên kinh doanh, nhân viên tư vấn, hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ sản phẩm.
