• Tham gia hướng dẫn/phổ biến việc áp dung các quy định, quy trình trong ABBank. 
• Kiểm soát nội dung, quy trình thực hiện (lưu đồ) đảm bảo tối ưu hóa cho người sử dụng và các bên liên quan, sự phù hợp với cam kết chất lượng (SLAs) và các chỉ tiêu chất lượng đầu ra được xác dinh trong các quy trình. 
• Kiểm soát thống nhất (logic), diễn đạt, hình thức ... của văn bản bảo đảm tuân thủ đúng các quy định về văn bản nội bộ hiện hành của ABBank.
• Đưa ra các khuyến nghị và hướng dẫn đối với các điểm yếu được nhận diện.
• Tham gia vào quá trình quản lý thay đồi.
