Công việc của bạn bao gồm:

• Dựa trên file design (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, ...), tài liệu đặc tả để xây dựng web cho khách hàng Nhật.
• Tạo website HTML/CSS với độ chính xác tuyệt đối (perfect pixel). Đảm bảo website responsive và đúng chuẩn SEO.
• Xây dựng, phát triển, bảo trì các dự án trên nền tảng Wordpress cho khách hàng.
• Làm việc và phối hợp trực tiếp với khách hàng để thực hiện dự án theo đúng yêu cầu và deadline.

The primary focus of this position will be to closely collaborate with all the stakeholders of product development - Product Owner (PO), Business Analyst (BA), Developer, Quality Assurance (QA), Documentation Specialist in order to deliver product increment meeting the specified requirements of a given product release by Agile approach, which includes:

• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices.
• Guiding the team on how to get the most of a self-organizing team.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to find the right solution for any issue occurred.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating to get the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

• Supporting and coaching Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.

• Setting and continually managing product expectations with scrum teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring that product releases are completed to design specifications and as per the “Definition of Done”.
• Identifying managing and controlling the change control process both with internal and external stakeholders.

• Participating and helping drive continuous process improvements and adoption to ensure delivery of extremely high quality software products.

An Individual, with automation first mindset to help organization to build and test the product. Work closely with QE lead and Scrum teams to ensure high quality delivery.

• Day to day work with Scrum team for testing desired features in Digital Bank.
• Socialize automation first mindset and build scalable test automation.
• Act as quality owner for respective scrum team.
• Work with QE team to share, enhance and adapt the new processes, practices to enrich the quality.
• Generate the different QA reports during software development life cycle.

The Job:

You will be joining the tech team to develop and scale our backend systems. As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Collaborating across functions in your Scrum team
• Designing and developing backend services
• Writing clean, simple and efficient code, covered withtests
• Suggesting and proposing creative solutions to solve problems
• Work closely with tech team (tester, frontend)
• Continuously apply new technologies to maximize efficiency

• Conception and implementation of new functions in complex application landscapes
• Development and design of new web interfaces and optimization of their usability and performance
• JavaScript frontend development in different architectures (including serverside/clientside/single-page). Evaluation and introduction of innovative frontend technologies
• Development of various frontends for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, dashboard applications, data visualization, and prototype development in close cooperation with our UI/UX team

Ensure quality of products
• Analyze manual test cases to clarify which parts can be automated.
• Develop/verify test cases using Selenium
• Execute test cases and analyze results to summary about quality of system
• Communicate with other project stakeholders to ensure the quality of the functions/modules which you are assigned to

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer that will be responsible for overseeing junior developers on projects; and supporting various development duties. The responsibilities of the Senior Developer includes writing code, analysing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. The ideal candidate has strong team lead and mentorship abilities.

• Project Management – manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. Create, manage and track project vehicles, including, but not limited to: Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs, Status reports.
• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
