- Tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi về sự cố của các phần mềm từ nhân viên các bộ phận và tiến hành xử lý nhanh chóng.
- Thực hiện việc điều phối và hỗ trợ khách hàng xử lý các vấn đề về công nghệ thông tin.
- Chủ động tìm kiếm những ý tưởng cải tiến hoạt động của hệ thống IT khách sạn.
- Làm các báo cáo công việc định kỳ hay có chỉ thị của cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được cấp trên giao phó.
Handle multi task assigned by management
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
Replacing parts as required;
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to tier 2 support, if appropriate);

1.1 To providing IT infrastructure support in a complex multi-site including but not limited to Window servers and storage, network swiches, routers, firewalls, electrical low voltage, cable TV, BGM, CCTV and wide area networks.
1.2 To lead operational IT services, covering applications, infrastructure and service to ensure effective and efficient provision.
1.3 To oversea software and application development; to perform installation and ungrades.

Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans

Work with the users and support team enforcing Service Level Management (SLM) process to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and underpinning Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) or contracts are met, and for ensuring that any adverse impact on service quality are kept to a minimum.

• Familiarizes with the resort operating systems
• Safeguards the Hotel’s assets, and associated peripherals, personal computers, printers and related software’s as well as all interfaces in the hotel systems
• Maintain & improves existing data processing system.
• Prepares & update computer operation manual.
• Responds to enquiries from user departments pertaining to the computer system.
• Provides computer training to staff of user departments
• Maintains control on user departments’ requests on designing report formats and /or altering the standing data in the system (e.g. Change of menu prices in POS system)
• Conducts periodic files maintenance and watches out Front Office availability of file size
• Establishes and maintain accessibility control of entering the computer room to authorized personnel only; and upkeep it always in a tidy condition.
• Keeps abreast with contemporary computer development and/or EDP technology evolvement, suggests and reports to the Controller thereon.
• Advises the Controller on annual maintenance for both hardwares and softwares.
• Establishes stringent rules in prohibiting staff form loading unwanted softwares onto personal computer, and purges those unlicensed and unwanted softwares if found.
• Ensure that back-up of all file is being done regularly.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Eliciting, understanding, and designing against both business and technical requirements, including trade-offs between different requirements, cost/benefit analyses, and affordability of target allocations
Deploying, integrating and testing software products
Initiating, performing and reviewing systems engineering activities, including analysis, design, development, verification and configuration management
Identifying risks and opportunities and developing mitigation plans to minimize system impacts
Engaging effectively with IS&T team to ensure best practices are followed for high system availability
Performing in-depth technical support and diagnosis of system issues and incidents
Working with the Team to design and deliver solutions that best meet customer need & specifications. Being responsible for managing end-to-end system implementations
Supervising the System Integrator’s (SI) operational performance — monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements and work with the SI to address any performance issues
System programming, debugging, and testing
Engineering and implementing real-time automation controls and information solutions
Providing ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of network and systems, including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Assess user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools
Act as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the department and collaborate with other teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates
Analyze and document business requirements and business processes and translate them into specifications and design
Coordinate activities between process owners, users, software developers, system administrators and managers
Assist with the release process for applications which includes effective department wide and end user communication
Manage delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users for assigned applications
Develop processes to continuously monitor the quality and integrity of data;
Ensure department adheres to policies and procedures that are compliant with industry and regulatory policies
Keep abreast of new developments and forecasts future trends in the area of application integration in the healthcare industry
Maintain a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
Prepare analysis and or proposals for other enterprise departments when necessary
Develop training content and provide training to users
Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications, including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
