Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of expertise in the banking domain, specifically in Malaysia and Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our projects, focusing on the onboarding of MSME-Account Operations and lending to MSME, including loan management. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, document, and translate business requirements into effective technological solutions.
Job Responsibility:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, user needs, and system requirements, with a specific focus on MSME-Account Operations, lending to MSME, and loan management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to the specific banking activities in Malaysia and Singapore
- Onboarding and Lending Expertise:
- Leverage prior background in Malaysia and Singapore to bring expertise in onboarding processes for MSME accounts
- Provide insights and contribute to the development of solutions for lending to MSME, ensuring alignment with local regulations and business practices
- Oversee the end-to-end loan management process, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Documentation and Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases specific to MSME onboarding, lending, and loan management
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and processes
- Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Work closely with development teams to translate unique business requirements related to MSME activities in Malaysia and Singapore into technical specifications
- Collaborate with Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of MSME-focused banking processes
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate actively in the testing process, specifically focusing on MSME onboarding, lending, and loan management, to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the context of MSME-Account Operations, lending, and loan management in Malaysia and Singapore
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on banking operations in Malaysia and Singapore
- Prior background in onboarding MSME accounts and expertise in lending to MSME, including loan management
- Strong understanding of the entire software development life cycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Backend as a Service (BaaS) concepts
- Knowledge of Elixir and experience with headless CMS options
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in the context of banking operations
