We are seeking an experienced and passionate SRE for the Service Operations team as we continue to grow our Operations-as-Service for our prime Digital banking client.
This role comes with the opportunity to expand across other Digital Banking clients within our growing Vietnam delivery portfolio in the future and we are seeking for highly motivated members to grow our new teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain our cloud platforms and support applications, demonstrating agile and dynamic application support capabilities.
- Contribute in our continuous improvement and continuous delivery while increasing maturity of SRE practices.
- Contribute in developing and implementing automated DevOps capability for our application.
- Work effectively in collaboration with different teams either local or remote.
- Support our production environment with strong performance tuning, end-to-end troubleshooting, networking fundamentals skills.
- Willingness to work efficiently during the events thereby making sure that the event is a success
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a SRE/DevOps engineer supporting modern stack (AWS, PCF, containers, or Kubernetes)
- Basic deployment (Merging Terraform code/ Harness pipeline)
- Basic troubleshooting (restart instances, pods)
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of technical risks.
- Highly motivated, pro-active and capable of working under pressure without compromising processes and productivity.
- Strong, committed and reliable team player, able to take direction but also willing to contribute to discussions on design and strategy.
- Interest in new technology tools and the ability to learn
- Excellent command of English and good communication in Vietnamese when working with cross-functional teams
