1.Lead the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of all infrastructure systems, networks, and end-user support systems to ensure high levels of functionality, reliability, performance, and business alignment2.Oversee, coordinate, and monitor all support, administration, and operational management activities3.Responsible for high levels of infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, problem management/elimination, compliance, and IT disaster recovery utilizing developed standards, procedures, and operational IT processes, monitoring for continuous improvement4.Lead the development of the infrastructure service strategy and technical roadmap and ensure its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans5.Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning6.Interact with and manage outside vendors, outsourcers, and service providers to procure and deliver technology products, services, and contracts. Ensure consistent quality and delivery of service across a tiered IT support model7.Set the mission and vision of the team to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques8.Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure business and customer needs are satisfied. Champion involvement in the IT organization's innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities9.Lead, and motivate a function(s) to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
