• Hands-on installation and maintenance of systems and network environment for the organization.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and network problems, replacing defective components when necessary

• Provide hands-on and remote support to end users for computer, server, printer, software & telecom needs.

• Hands-on administration of database environments including database servers, database instances, and access methods and data services including monitoring, management, security, performance, analysis, and quality assurance.

• Hands-on administration of network environment to ensure network security and availability for all system users, data, etc….

• Perform server (virtual and physical) and computer configuration, including the install of OS and all required software, drives, memory and other necessary components

• Perform scheduling of system updates and back up routines

• Perform data retrieval functions when necessary

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange environments, performing adds/moves/changes/deletions

• Maintain telecommunications equipment including light cabling and provide technical guidance as needed.

• Actively review reports of computer, server and peripheral equipment performance, malfunction, and maintenance to determine impact and address problems.

• Provide support in the selection and procurement of software programs and hardware.

• Consult with management to analyze computer system needs for information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.

• Recommend plans for system and network upgrades.

• Develops, maintains, and test disaster recovery plans.

• Escalates problems as appropriate..

- To ensure that the hotel's computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.

- To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately.

- To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.

- To attend to any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments and to keep a register of such incidents and the manner in which they have been solved.

- To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of antivirus programs.

- To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes.

- To assist any departments of the hotel in formulating their IT material requirements and provide adequate solutions to their needs.

- To perform regular computer audits searching for unauthorized programs, improper setup or loopholes in the security setup.

 -To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by management

• Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level;

• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;

• Tests programs;

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;

• Maintains systems, databases and web pages;

• To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.

• To ensure that all IT, telecoms and audio-visual equipment system are in good working condition.

• To check all IT, TV, Audio equipment in guest rooms prior to check-in and provide solutions if faulty.

• To ensure that internet networks and TV are stable, secure and running with minimum downtime.

• To master all systems and applications used in the hotel, including Protel, POS, key card system

• To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs.

• To provide regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly followed by all employees of the Hotel.

Thiết kế banner, Poster, ấn phẩm truyền thông phục vụ cho Marketing.
Chụp hình và xử lý hậu kỳ ảnh chụp bao gồm: hình ảnh chụp sản phẩm, hình ảnh sự kiện và các hoạt động khác của Công ty.
Phối hợp với team marketing để lên idea & concept cho các buổi quay - chụp ảnh.
Làm video clip các chương trình, sự kiện Công ty để truyền thông.

- Quản trị website, cập nhật kịp thời về thông tin sản phẩm mới, nội dung bài viết trên các website của Công ty.
- SEO offpage – SEO onpage – Tối ưu cho các website của Công ty.
- Quản lý – phát triển nội dung: forum seeding, diễn đàn, rao vặt, blog,... để đẩy các thông tin sản phẩm, từ khóa.
- Quản lý, theo dõi website qua: google webmaster và google analytics
- Tối ưu từ khóa, đẩy các từ khóa liên quan đến các sản phẩm công ty lên top
- Xây dựng và quản lý quảng cáo Google Adwords, GDN.
- Làm các công việc khác trong phòng Marketing theo yêu cầu của Lãnh đạo

- Thực hiện công việc liên quan đến phát triển phần mềm và hệ thống theo yêu cầu của khách hàng bên Nhật.
- Tổng hợp yêu cầu của khách hàng, tìm hiểu tài liệu thiết kế tổng quát
- Tự thiết kế hoặc thực hiện theo thiết kế chi tiết được đề ra
- Viết code theo thiết kế bao gồm cả Unit test
- Quản lý và tối ưu mã nguồn
- Triển khai hệ thống (cài đặt, bảo trì)

- Quản lý hệ thống mạng, Server, Firewall.
- Lắp ráp, cài đặt và sửa chữa các thiết bị CNTT.
- Thiết lập, cài đặt, sửa chữa hệ thống Camera.
- Xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống tổng đài, điện thoại IP.
- Triển khai các dự án phần mềm do công ty phát triển.
- Theo dõi, giám sát các dự án phần mềm đã triển khai.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối (IT Helpdesk) các vấn đề phát sinh về phần cứng, phần mềm.
- Các công việc khác từ cấp trên.

-Thiết kế hình ảnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Xuất file hình ảnh vào khung từng dòng máy để đăng trên website & hỗ trợ fanpage chạy quảng cáo.
- Thiết kế và in ấn theo yêu cầu khách hàng, phối hợp với nhân viên xưởng in của công ty để hoàn thành các đơn hàng trả khách đúng tiến độ.
- Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

- Quản lý Website của công ty bao gồm: cập nhật, chỉnh sửa nội dung và khắc phục các lỗi giao diện trên Website ( nếu có)
- Lên kế hoạch từ khoá SEO
- Tối ưu hoá website (SEO, Google Adwords). Phân tích và đánh giá đối thủ
- Lập kế hoạch quảng bá và tăng thứ hạng website trên kênh Google.
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ phân tích và đánh giá website: Alexa, Google webmaster, Google analytics,

- Thiết kế các ấn phẩm truyền thông bao gồm Bộ nhận dạng thương hiệu: Backdrop, Standee, Banner, Poster, Logo, Logotype, Brochure, Leaflet
- Bộ hành chính văn phòng: Namecard, Letters, Envelope.
- Thiết kế tạp chí, dàn trang và am hiểu phương pháp xuất file in
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế, đặc biệt là InDesign.
- Biết cách bình file & sử dụng máy in nhanh
- Theo dõi quá trình in và gia công sau in theo đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng.

- Thiết kế các sản phẩm phục vụ cho các chương trình sự kiện, quảng cáo như banner, backdrop, thư mời, thiết kế 3D sân khấu sự kiện, khu trưng bày triển lãm ...
- Làm việc với Planning để cùng phát triển các ý tưởng sáng tạo và triển khai dự án
- Triển khai sắp xếp thiết kế dự án
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Creative Director.
