I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC 1. JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join the LocknLock eCommerce team. This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing Change Requests (CRs) related to our Salesforce-based systems, while also monitoring and improving website performance through data analysis. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
