We're seeking experienced and talented Mobile Engineers to work on our flagship mobile platform that serves millions of customers daily.

As a Senior/Lead Android Engineer, you'll join other Engineers, Manager Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Business Analysts, and UX Designers. You’ll own key modules of our global product where you’ll use and grow your experience to architect and build mobile applications to maintain high availability and reliability. 

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Provide hands-on leadership to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions;
2. Collaborate with other NAB's technology leaders towards improving and fulfilling the NAB technical direction;
3. Design, develop, review, implement, and manage application code and services for the production and pre-release environments;
4. Design, develop, review, implement and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;
5. Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build mobile apps;
6. Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent;
7. Monitors for and anticipates platform trends and upcoming critical changes;
8. Monitors client feedback for problems and proactively schedules resolutions where needed;
9. Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes and tooling;
10. Provide robust coding practices and solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging.

• Participate in the development of a new business system that is widely used in private schools in Japan, and collaborate with development members to maintain high quality.
• Review the product specification.
• Understand product requirements completely.
• Create and review testing specifications and test cases according to the schedule.
• Execute testing tasks according to schedule and make sure of the quality of the product.
• Track all the bugs and communicate issues to ensure their resolution before project release.

What do you do?

As a Backend Engineer, you will take part in building an exciting, greenfield digital banking product, which will positively impact the day-to-day lives of millions of people. We are seeking skilled Mobile Developers with expertise in Flutter development (deeper into native Android and iOS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications with a focus on providing a seamless user experience. As a member of the team, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models that power our mobile applications.

Your main activities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, Android, and iOS frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Build reusable and efficient code and libraries for future use
• Develop and implement machine learning models to improve user experience and product performance
• Analyze and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and machine learning engineering
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery

• Create test plan and define testing method of the project.
• Analyze business requirements from related stakeholders and work closely with Comtor, Developer or PM to finalize the specifications/requirements.
• Create test-case and execute test for each function (including GUI integration with database, API, services in-side server, third party…) or create and execute independent test-case for each API/ Service.
• Execute database testing, verify SQL queries executed following the logical process of the project.
• Execute security testing at functional level concerning authorized, SQL injection, XSS, cross-site, etc…
• Execute performance testing at functional level or system level (depending on the project’s requirements).
• Post bugs were found, with each bug you need to know the cause of the bug and know how to fix the bug to perform regression tests effectively.
• Make a quality report of the project after each release.

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives 

• Ensure transparent communication across project team members. 
• Develop or update project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules and staffing. 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

• Triển khai các giải pháp về ảo hóa của VMware như: ESXi, Vcenter, VSAN, NSX-V, NSX-T.
• Triển khai & quản lý  hạ tầng trên các nền tảng private cloud như: VMware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack, IBM Cloud.
• Triển khai & quản lý  hạ tầng trên các nền tảng container: K8S, Rancher, OpenShift, VMware Tanzu.
• Hỗ trợ các vấn đề, sự cố về hạ tầng mức Level 2 cho người dùng, phòng ban nội bộ & các công ty con, đối tác với MB Group.
• Nghiên cứu & phát triển các công cụ giám sát, thu thập log,  tự động hóa cho công việc quản trị, vận hành, cải tiến hoạt động của hạ tầng máy chủ & trung tâm dữ liệu.
• Tham gia hỗ trợ các công việc tại DC khi cần thiết như: triển khai hạ tầng cáp, nguồn điện, điều hòa.
