• Ứng dụng những công nghệ mới vào sản phẩm nhằm tối ưu trải nghiệm sản phẩm của học viên đối với hệ thống Gitiho.

• Work closely with our Product, Design, Ops and UAT teams to analyse, design, build, test, and maintain multiple modules/components.
• Develop and enhance features and components that will be utilized across our entire platform.
• Familiar with SCRUM/AGILE is an added advantage.
• Possess a good and positive attitude. Willing to learn and able to work with a team.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Python coding language is required …experience with using any other coding language is an added advantage.

We are building a Product with deep expertise in Email Knowledge Management Systems (Singapore market). The product is deployed mainly in the public sector. The current challenge is keeping up the pace of product development and product customizations of the current users.

We are having 11 engineers divided into 2 teams:

• 9 members in the core team that maintains the current product features and provides customer support - new hires will not join this team
• 2 members of the new team to work on new product features

As a Software Engineer, you will work with an agile team of coders in an open environment, building solutions related to the following technology areas:

• Knowledge Management
• Search Engine
• Data Analytics

You will be involved in the entire product development life cycle, and in the continuous improvement activities as we evolve our DevOps culture.

Working hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (since you’re working with Sing Time Zone)

Delivering 1st/2nd line software and hardware support as an on-site presence in our Vietnam office and for remote users globally during Indochina working hours (09:00-17:30 M-F). 

• Resolving or fulfilling all incoming interactions from users in person, on the phone and via e-mail in a 70/30 Windows/Mac OS based environment 
• Ensuring all interactions with users are logged and managed throughout the ticket lifecycle in line with the SLAs agreed with the organisation
• Managing on-site IT build rooms and the associated equipment including maintaining and repairing laptops as required

Our technical stack 

We use Next.js for the front end. On the backend, we are on the move of incorporating GraphQL and Prisma to enable Next.js even further. A big part of the backend is written in Golang and Java at the moment. 

The application is split into multiple microservices, deploy onto a Docker Swarm infrastructure and we are using MongoDB. 

We plan to move our Database toward PostgreSQL with Prisma to speed up development even further, as such, you'll see a lot of moving pieces, but, that's gonna be a chance to learn and grow as an engineer.
